My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Access to the Executive Lounge on the 28th floor was a highlight, providing great coffee during the day and drinks and snacks in the evening. The staff were as helpful and gracious as any hotel in China.

The temperature was comfortable throughout my stay. The service was exceptional, particularly in handling unexpected situations like canceled flights, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. The location was ideal for exploring Ningbo, with many local attractions and dining options nearby. The dining experience was good, with a wide variety of choices available, and the facilities were well-maintained.
